1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the jc66 platform — including the website, mobile application, and any related services — you expressly and implicitly agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and contact our support team to arrange account closure.

jc66 operates under international licensing and complies with the guidelines set by the relevant regulatory bodies. All services provided are for entertainment purposes only for players who meet the eligibility criteria set out herein.

2. Player Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the jc66 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be an individual who is legally qualified to enter into a binding agreement in the jurisdiction where you reside.

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account. Players are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and account updates is accurate, complete and current. False or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure without notice.

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction, regardless of the payment method chosen. Likewise, the minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request.

Withdrawals are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after a request is submitted, subject to security checks and identity verification carried out by the jc66 team. These checks are part of our security measures to protect your account.

All financial transactions must be carried out using a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. jc66 does not accept payments from or to third parties. Any attempt to transfer funds through a third-party account may result in the transaction being suspended and further investigation.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

jc66 offers various promotions to registered players. Each promotion is subject to specific terms that must be met before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible to receive a bonus of 150% of their first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times (10x) the bonus amount received — not the deposit amount — before any withdrawal can be made.

VIP Programme and Weekly Cashback: Active players are eligible to join the jc66 VIP programme, which consists of three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier provides weekly cashback benefits — Bronze up to 0.5%, Silver up to 1.0%, and Gold up to 1.5% — calculated based on your weekly betting activity. VIP tier advancement is determined based on the player's activity record and loyalty.

jc66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts or collusion between players, will result in bonus cancellation and further action against the account concerned.

5. General Game Rules

jc66 offers various game categories including online slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo and others), sportsbook, sports betting, virtual sports, and fishing games. Each game category has its own specific rules that players must follow.

• All bets are considered final once confirmed in the jc66 system. No cancellations are permitted after a bet has been placed and the game has started.
• Any technical disruption during gameplay will be handled in accordance with jc66's fair play policy. Our technical team will review the records and resolve cases fairly.
• Players are prohibited from using any automated software, bots, or unauthorised methods to gain an advantage in any game.
• The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game is determined by the respective game developer and is subject to independent third-party audit.
• jc66 is not responsible for any technical issues that occur on the part of third-party game providers.

Game results are final and binding. Any dispute regarding game results must be submitted to the support team within 72 hours of the incident.

jc66 operates a zero-tolerance policy against any form of fraud, manipulation, or illegal activity on our platform. Players found to be involved in the following activities will face immediate action, including account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Using credit cards, e-wallets, or bank accounts that are unauthorised or do not belong to the player.
• Attempting to launder money using the jc66 platform as a medium.
• Colluding with other players or parties involved in live casino or sportsbook games.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities (bugs) to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing promotions or bonuses through multiple accounts or coordination between players.

jc66 fully complies with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and may request identity verification documents — including a copy of the identity card (MyKad) or passport — before processing withdrawals or when there are signs of unusual activity on an account.

8. Limitation of Liability

jc66 provides its platform and services on an "as-is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, jc66 disclaims all express or implied warranties in relation to the services provided.

jc66 will not be liable for any losses arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures, including internet service providers or game providers.
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the player.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's own negligence, such as sharing their password.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by factors beyond jc66's control.

In all circumstances, jc66's total liability to a player shall not exceed the amount of the active deposit balance in the player's account at the time the incident occurs.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

Players have the right to close their account at any time by contacting the jc66 support team. Prior to closure, all eligible fund balances will be returned to the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to the fulfilment of all applicable wagering requirements.

jc66 reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account without prior notice if:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, system abuse, or illegal activity.
• The player is found to have violated any of the terms set out in this document.
• Information provided during registration is found to be inaccurate or misleading.
• The player has registered multiple accounts or is sharing an account with another individual.
• There are regulatory compliance requirements that necessitate jc66 to do so.

Once an account is closed due to a breach of terms, jc66 has no obligation to return any remaining balance in that account if the breach is established.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jc66 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the jc66 platform will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If a good-faith resolution is not reached within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration, and the arbitration decision is final and cannot be appealed to any other court, except for the purpose of enforcing the decision.
